I am a student who is planning to move to LA but hasn’t gotten a car. One of my schools is located in Westwood, and another one set up in Sherman Oaks. I am also intending to work part-time at a restaurant somewhere in Hollywood, Beverly Hills or West Hollywood. Where should I choose to rent an apartment? Is that okay to move by public transportation? If so, how much will it take to get from Sherman Oaks to Hollywood ? Thank you everyone.
